SCHEDULED POWER SERVICE INTERRUPTION FOR MAY 28, 2005

        Visayan Electric Company, Inc.’s (VECO) Transmission and Distribution Department (T & D) has scheduled the maintenance and upgrading of primary lines on May 28, 2005 that will require power interruption of the following:
1) Lateral portion of EMT50 at ERMITA substation.

        Time: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM

        Purpose: To facilitate replacement of rotten poles, reconstruction of
                    crossarm and upgrading of primary lines.

        Areas/customers affected: Encarnacion St., part of Uytenzo and
                    Ascension St., Cebu City.

VECO apologizes for any inconvenience the temporary loss of power on Saturday and Sunday might cause our customers.

May 21, 2005
1) Lateral portion of KBL222 feeder at CABANCALAN substation.
                Time: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Purpose: To facilitate upgrading of line hardwares
                Areas/customers affected: Entire Doña Rita Subd., Talamban

2) Lateral portion of CLC312 feeder at CONSOLACION substation.
                Time: 6:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
Purpose: To facilitate relocation of primary pole inside private property, replacement of rotten pole and re-construction of pole.
                Areas/customers affected: Pulpogan, Danlag, Tilhaong, Polog and
                Panoypoy. All these are located in Consolacion
May 22, 2005
1. Entire of NGA211 feeder at NAGA substation.
        Time: 6:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
        Purpose: To facilitate transfer of main circuit primary line to newly erected
                    poles, remove old poles, and upgrading of primary lines.
        Areas/customers affected: Uling, Balirong, Lutac, Pangdan, Tagjaguimit,
                    Mayana, Alpaco, Lanas and part of Naalad, Naga
